What materials are bamboo earrings made of?

Our bamboo earrings are crafted from brass. Please note that they are not hypoallergenic, so they may not be suitable for those with metal sensitivities.

Are custom earrings available?

At this time, Fetch Bamboo Company does not offer custom designs. However, if you have a specific style or design in mind, feel free to email us, and we’ll see if it’s something we can make possible.

Any tips for handling my earrings when they arrive?

Yes! Our bamboo earrings are delicate, so please handle them carefully when opening your package. Remove them slowly from their packaging to avoid bending or damaging the brass.

What should I do if there's an issue with my earrings upon arrival?
